What is your cancelation policy?
We can refund you the full amount as long as it is not within 48 hours of your rental. If it is within the 48 hour time frame there is no refunds. If this is due to weather or an emergency please contact us and we will work with you.
Do you charge a security deposit?
We do not charge or hold your credit for a security deposit. However we do keep your card information on file until the bike is returned. If not returned you are subject to being charged the full price of the rental.
Do you offer tours/guides?
We do not. We can give you advice on local trails, conditions, etc.
Do I need to supply anything?
All of our rentals include everything you would ever need. Bike come with helmets (if you choose) and a flat repair kit. We also offer different bike pedals. If you would like your own pedals we can put them on for you.Paddle boards come with everything you would need as well. If you would like your own pedals we can put them on for you.
